Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days from the day you receive the order. If 7 days have gone by since you receive your order, unfortunately we can't offer you an exchange.

WE CAN'T ACCEPT RETURNS FOR CHANGE OF MIND. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it in, without stains or marks. 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be suitable for an exchange. 

Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will also not be accepted for an exchange.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If your request for an exchange is approved, you will be able to exchange the item for a different colour or size as long as it is the same price.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Rindai Linda Ngwenyama, 2/1 Advocate Drive, Kingston TAS 7050, Australia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. This includes the cost of the shipping for the exchanged item from us to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
